Do you know what’s irritating? Laying a 2000 pieces jigsaw puzzle and discover that one piece is missing! >_< I've been working on the bloody thing for two weeks, and now I'm one (1) piece short of completing it!
I've searched everywhere, but I can't find it. The puzzle is really old so I guess I shouldn't be surprised, but still... Gaah!
I hate that. You get all excited that you’re almost done and then … wait, where’s the last one!?
My Dad was almost finished a round puzzle a few months ago, but was missing 7 pieces. We found most of them under the couch (the cat got to them), but still were short 2. :cry: It took him forever to do, because he was recovering from a stroke. I still look around the couch from time to time to see if it got stuck someplace.

My mom threw a lot away. I don’t think – no I know for a fact – that we have any anymore. All because of one missing piece! :(
Ouch! What a let down. I have a jigsaw puzzle that came with a frame to hang it on the wall, I hope it isn’t missing pieces.

That’s so unfair, and it would drive me batty. The dang thing should at least have the decency to be missing a few more pieces. Personally, I could deal with 5-10 missing pieces — it’s old, so it’s to be expected — but just one?! That seems almost intentional. XD
I thought the same thing! 10 missing pieces are like “ok, it’s broken. meh” but ONE? That’s personal… :glare:
I would probably end up doing something crazy like cut out a piece in that shape, color it and stick it there just to make my eyes happy. :crazy:
